A new entry

Wow its been months since my last post. Fast forward to today and I'm 5 months preggo about to celebrate my 30th birthday. Having a kid is a very scary process. Don't get me wrong the pregnancy part for me has been very smooth and easy so far. It's the what's about to happen come March that scares me the most. We are starting to figure out just how much our lives are about to change. It's all very exciting but as with anything new, nerves play a big role. I'm sure this is nothing new for anyone who's had kids and not anything we could understand before it began to happen to us. However, there are lots of things that we can learn from old and new parents. One thing I'm trying to figure out is What do you really need. Babies R Us is ridiculous, and how are you supposed to figure out what you really need and what you really don't need. I mean what happened to the days when women just carried a diaper and a bottle and they were set? So those of you who have kids, what are the most important things you need for babies and what are money wasters? Thanks!
